  • 2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 c. cream style corn
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sweet pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
