- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
- 2 pods pepper (jalapeno)
Directions

1Mix all ingredients but cheese. Pour half into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.

2Spread cheese over mixture.

3Cover with rest of mixture.

4Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350°.
