- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. Wesson oil
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 2 hot peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Mix all ingredients, except cheese.

2Grease skillet.

3Pour in half of dough and spread cheese on top.

4Pour remainder of dough on top of cheese and then add the last of the cheese on top.

5Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
