  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 small can green chilies, chopped

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except cheese and chilies. Put 1/2 mixture in greased Pyrex pan (8 x 8). Add chilies and cheese. Top with remaining mixture. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
