  • 2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced or large can chunky salsa
  • 1 lb. hot sausage
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. milk

    Brown sausage; drain grease.

    Melt cheese slowly.

    Add all ingredients.

    Use hot or mild ingredients, great both ways.
