  • 1/2 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. corn meal mix
  • 2 hot peppers, chopped
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 c. buttermilk
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • a little salt
