- 1 tsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1/3 c. cream-style corn
- 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
- chopped jalapeno pepper to taste
Directions

1Mix together milk, eggs and corn.

2Add chopped peppers, sugar and cornmeal mix.

3Stir well and pour into hot, greased skillet. Bake 30 to 35 minutes in 400° oven.
