- 2 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 (14 oz.) cream-style corn
- 2/3 c. oil
- 1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
- hot peppers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell peppers
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix eggs, sour cream, salt, corn and oil.

2Add corn meal, bell peppers, hot peppers and baking powder.

3Grease pan.

4Heat pan until hot.

5Pour half of mixture in dish.

6Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese over this; pour remainder of mixture over cheese.

7Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

8Add remaining cheese on top and let melt.
