- 2 pkg. cornbread
- 1 small can creamed corn
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar or Jack cheese
- 1 can refried beans
- 3/4 to 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. medium hot picante sauce
- 1 small onion
Directions

1Brown meat and onion; drain.

2Stir in taco seasoning per directions.

3Add can of refried beans to mix.

4Let simmer. Combine cornbread mixes per directions.

5Add 1/2 can creamed corn and picante sauce to mixture.

6Pour 1/2 cornbread into lasagna pan; top with all meat and bean mixture and cheese.

7Pour remaining cornbread on top.
