- 1 c. self-rising meal
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 small can cream-style corn
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
Directions

1Brown hamburger in skillet and drain off excess fat.

2Stir in taco seasoning and set aside.

3Mix dry ingredients; add all other ingredients and mix well.

4Pour half of cornbread mixture into well-greased pan.

5Pour hamburger mixture on top and cover with remaining bread mixture.

6Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
