  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small hot pepper, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • salt and pepper to taste
