- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. creamed corn/Mexicorn
- 1 jar (small) pimento
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. onions
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- garlic to taste
- 1/2 lb. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients but cheese.

2Pour half in large greased skillet.

3Then add grated cheese.

4Then pour remaining mix on top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
