  • 1 c. cornmeal
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 c. creamed corn/Mexicorn
  • 1 jar (small) pimento
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. onions
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • garlic to taste
  • 1/2 lb. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients but cheese.

    Pour half in large greased skillet.

    Then add grated cheese.

    Then pour remaining mix on top. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
