  • 1 sm. onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, melted
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup creamed corn
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped (optional)
