- 300 grams all-purpose flour
- 15 grams baking powder
- 7 grams salt
- 70 grams unsalted butter
- 180 ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp provencal herbs
Directions

1Pre-heat the oven at 210C.

2Sift the flour and add the baking powder and the salt.

3Cut the butter in dices and add.

4Mix the herbs with the milk.

5Mix it with your hand until it has a crumble-like texture.

6Add the milk and knead it until it doesn't stick to your hands anymore.

7Make balls a bit smaller than a tennis ball and set them in a tray (with non-stick paper).

8Paint them with egg.

9In around 20 minutes they should be ready.
