- 1 pan cornbread crumbled
- 1 can rotel
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packages taco seasoning
- 1 lb cooked & crumbled hamburger meat
- 1 can cream style corn
- 2 cup mexican blend cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Combine and mix first 7 ingredients in a large bowl.

3Mix in 1 cup of the cheese.

4Pour into a 8x11 baking dish.

5Bake for 35 minutes

6Remove from oven and sprinkle with other cup of cheese.

7Return to oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.

8Remove from oven.

9Serve with salsa and sour cream.
