  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. green peppers, chopped
  • 1 c. cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 c. onions, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. ground red hot pepper

    In a mixing bowl, mix the first 6 ingredients well. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix and pour into a well-greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Bake at 375° for 35 minutes or until brown.
