  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. corned beef slices
  • 12 oz. Swiss cheese slices
  • 1 box rye Melba toast, crumbled
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

    Mix sour cream, onion, mustard and sauerkraut.

    Layer in 9 x 13-inch pan:

    sauerkraut mixture, corned beef, Swiss cheese and crumbled rye Melba toast.

    Pour butter over top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
