- 1 (10 ounce) box couscous
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 (14 ounce) can Del Monte crushed tomatoes with mild green chilies
Directions

1Prepare couscous in sauce pan by bringing 1 1/2 cups of water to boil.

2Place zucchini in a steamer basket over boiling water.

3cover saucepan and steam 5-7 mins or until zucchini is bright green and tender.

4Mix couscous and tomatoes and pour over zucchini and serve hot or cold.
