Ingredients

  • 1 large can bean dip
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 3 green onions, chopped with tops
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 can chopped, ripe olives
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice

Directions

    Mash avocados and mix with lemon juice.

    Set aside.

    Mix together sour cream, mayonnaise and taco seasoning mix.

    Set aside.

    Layer each of the following in a large casserole dish and refrigerate:

    bean dip, avocado mixture, sour cream mixture, onions, tomatoes, olives and cheese.

    Eat with tortilla chips.
