  • 2 (8 oz.) cans refried beans
  • 1 jar salsa (mild or hot)
  • 1 pkg. Velveeta Mexican cheese
  • 1 pkg. corn chips

Directions

    Spray casserole dish with Pam.

    Layer all ingredients as follows:

    bottom, beans; middle, salsa; top, sliced cheese.

    Cover with lid.

    Bake in microwave on 80% power for 10 minutes.

    Cook longer if you like it hot.

    Serve with corn chips.
