  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 tsp. fajita seasoning
  • 1 (3 oz.) can green chillies
  • 1 (13 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 c. shredded Colby Longhorn cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. picante sauce
  • 1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

    Brown meat with seasoning and onion; drain and add chillies. In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish spread refried beans; top with the meat mixture.

    Cover with cheese, then pour the picante sauce over the top.

    Bake for 35 minutes in a 375° oven.

    Serve over tortilla chips or just dip chips in individually.
