  • 1 can avocado dip (in frozen food section)
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • scallions, sliced
  • sliced black olives
  • shredded cheese (2 kinds--Cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mozzarella)
  • 1 (No. 2) can salad tomatoes

    Prepare the day before on large plate.

    Spread the ingredients, beginning with the bean dip as listed, layer, topping with tomato slices.

    Cover with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate.

    Serve with tortilla chips, Fritos or crackers.
