Mexican Dip

  • 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 envelope taco mix
  • 2 containers bean dip
  • 3 to 4 guacamoles
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 6 to 7 green onions, sliced
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • tortilla chips or Fritos

Directions

    Spread bean dip into a large glass baking dish (rectangular). Combine sour cream and taco mix in a bowl; set aside.

    Prepare guacamole by mashing with lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. Spread on top of bean dip.

    Spread sour cream mix on top of guacamole.

    Sprinkle onion slices, tomatoes and olives on top. Finally sprinkle on cheese.

    Serve with chips.
