  • 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 small cans chilies
  • 1 large jar salsa
  • 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese with peppers, shredded
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain.

    Add taco seasoning and onion. Spread beans on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch glass dish.

    Add meat mixture; layer remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 375° for 20 to 30 minutes, or until cheese melts.
