- 1 lb. Velveeta process cheese (plain or Mexican style)
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
Directions

1Brown and drain beef; set aside.

2Cut cheese into cubes and melt in large bowl in microwave, stirring after each minute or two.

3Drain tomatoes; reserve liquid.

4Add tomatoes and beef to cheese.

5Add a little liquid if needed.

6Serve with tortilla chips.
