  • 1 bunch scallions, sliced
  • 1 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened in microwave; easier to spread)
  • 1 (6 oz.) can ripe black olives (in water), sliced
  • 1 large jar salsa (thick and chunky)
  • 1/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, shredded

    In a 9 x 13-inch pan layer the 6 ingredients in the order given above. Bake 20 minutes in a 350° oven. Serve with tortilla chips.
