- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 large box Mexican Velveeta cheese (mild or hot)
- Tabasco sauce to taste

1Brown ground beef and onion. Drain.

2Place meat in crock-pot. Cube cheese and add to beef. When cheese has melted, add Tabasco sauce to taste.

3Keep warm in crock-pot.
