  • 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Velveeta Mexican mild cheese
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms (optional)
