  • 12 tortillas (corn or flour)
  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can Ro-Tel
  • 1 can hot taco sauce
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

    Break up tortillas in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Brown hamburger; drain. Add onion and 2 cans of kidney beans; mix, and pour over tortillas. Stir together Ro-Tel, hot taco sauce and cream of chicken soup; pour over mixture. Top with the cheeses. Put in 350° oven until cheese melts.
