  • 1 1/2 lb. lean ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 2 cans tomatoes
  • 1 can tomato paste
  • 1 tomato can water with 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. red crushed pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Brown meat in a large skillet or Dutch oven.

    Pour off any grease.

    Brown onion with the meat.
