  • 1 can beef tamales
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Chop tamales and put in bottom of pan, then mix the rest of the ingredients in bowl.

    Pour over tamales.

    Cook at 350° for 30 minutes, then cover with cheese.

    Cook until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
