- 1 pkg. (12) corn tortillas
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans Old El Paso refried beans
- 1 pkg. Old El Paso Chili-O mix
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. mild Cheddar
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. Mozzarella
- 1 medium onion
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Put 2 cans of refried beans in a saucepan with a few slices of bacon for seasoning (you may need to add 1/2 to 1 cup of water if beans are too thick).

3Cover beans; let simmer.

4Dice onion and shred cheese.

5In a round pie pan, mix together the tomato sauce and Chili-O mix to taste.

6Lay tortillas, one at a time, in above mixture to cover both sides of tortilla.

7Place tortilla in a skillet with a small amount of grease and lightly fry tortilla on each side.

8Place on a plate until each tortilla has been fried.

9(Occasionally, you may need to add more grease to skillet.)
