- 1 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2/3 c. tomato sauce
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Fry the rice with oil at medium temperature until it is brown. Add onions until soft.

2Add tomato sauce.

3Stir it up.

4Add boiling water, salt and garlic powder for flavor.

5Cook at low temperature for about 40 minutes until the rice is soft.
