  • 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
  • 2 c. regular flour
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs

Directions

    Mix ingredients in a large bowl.

    Don't drain pineapple.

    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Makes a very moist cake.
