- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 lb. Monterey Jack
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 3/4 c. picante sauce
Directions

1Grate cheeses together.

2Mix eggs and picante sauce together. Put 1/2 of cheeses in bottom of Pyrex dish (oblong).

3Put the egg and picante mixture on top of cheese.

4Cover with the remaining cheese.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Cut in squares and place each piece on Doritos or tortilla chips.
