  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 4 oz. sharp Cheddar, grated
  • 4 oz. mild Cheddar, grated
  • 4 oz. Colby, grated
  • chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
  • 1 doz. scrambled eggs

Directions

    Grate all cheeses; mix in eggs (scrambled) and jalapeno peppers.

    Bake in large Pyrex dish (sprayed with Pam) at 300° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Let cool about an hour before serving.
