- 4 oz. mild Cheddar, grated
- 4 oz. Colby, grated
- chopped jalapeno peppers to taste
- 1 doz. scrambled eggs

1Grate all cheeses; mix in eggs (scrambled) and jalapeno peppers.

2Bake in large Pyrex dish (sprayed with Pam) at 300° for approximately 40 to 45 minutes or until cheese begins to brown. Let cool about an hour before serving.
