- 2 c. sharp Cheddar, shredded
- 1/2 c. hot taco sauce
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Spray pan before cooking. Put half of cheese mixture in bottom of pan. Mix eggs and taco sauce. Pour over cheese mixture. Top with remaining cheese mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
