- 3 c. flour
- 2 1/4 c. sugar
- 8 whole eggs
- 3 sticks butter
- juice of 1 lemon or orange rind
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar very well until light and fluffy.

2Add 1 egg at a time and beat well between each egg addition.

3Add a little flour at a time; add vanilla, juice and rind after first cup of flour.

4Always beat well.

5Pour into ungreased Bundt pan or 2 loaf pans.

6Bake at 325°

7for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
