  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1- 16 oz. jar salsa
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese
  • Soft tortilla shells or tortilla chips

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain grease. Put beef back in skillet. Combine taco seasoning, beans, and salsa with beef; mix thoroughly. Transfer mixture to 13 x 9 pan. Spread cheese over entire mixture. Place in oven at 350 degrees until cheese is melted. Serve with corn and Mexican rice. May be eaten on soft tortilla shells or with tortilla chips.
