- 1 lb. ground beef
- 6 Ortega tostada shells
- 1 c. Ortega refried beans
- 1 (12 oz.) jar thick and chunky salsa
- 1 c. sour cream
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- shredded lettuce for garnish
Directions

1In skillet, brown beef; drain.

2Stir in 1/2 cup salsa.

3Spread 1/2 cup salsa in 10-inch pie plate.

4Top with 3 tostada shells. Top with 1/2 of each of the bean and meat mixture, sour cream and cheese.

5Repeat layers.

6Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

7Top with lettuce, remaining salsa and additional sour cream.

8Makes 6 to 8 servings.
