- 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can refried beans (optional)
- 1 large jar salsa (medium or hot)
- 1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Fry ground beef; drain.

2Blend in refried beans.

3Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with uncooked lasagna noodles.

4Spoon on 1/3 of the meat, 1/3 of the salsa and 1/3 of the cheese.

5Repeat layers twice.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until it bubbles in the middle.
