  • 1 pkg. lasagna noodles
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 can refried beans (optional)
  • 1 large jar salsa (medium or hot)
  • 1 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Fry ground beef; drain.

    Blend in refried beans.

    Line bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan with uncooked lasagna noodles.

    Spoon on 1/3 of the meat, 1/3 of the salsa and 1/3 of the cheese.

    Repeat layers twice.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes, or until it bubbles in the middle.
