Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots; California blend)
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
  • 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Cook frozen vegetables in boiling water just to separate. Combine with mushrooms, water chestnuts, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, top with potato chips.

    Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
