- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots; California blend)
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms stems and pieces, drained
- 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Cook frozen vegetables in boiling water just to separate. Combine with mushrooms, water chestnuts, soup, cheese, salt and pepper. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole, top with potato chips.

2Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
