Ingredients
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar or Swiss cheese
- 1 lb. cottage cheese or 12 oz. American cheese
- 3 eggs, well beaten
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 clove garlic, chopped, or 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Thaw and drain spinach thoroughly.

2Cut cheese into small cubes.

3Mix together all ingredients thoroughly.

4Spoon into a greased pie plate.

5Bake, uncovered, in a 375° oven for 45 minutes or until set (slightly golden brown around edges).

6Cool 10 minutes before serving.
