- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 12 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. salsa
- 2 c. sour cream
- 3/4 c. finely chopped green onions
- 1 (2.2 oz.) can sliced black olives
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Brown the ground beef and drain.

2Mix with the next 4 ingredients.

3Place 4 uncooked noodles into a 13 x 9 x 2 baking dish.

4Spread 1/2 of beef mixture over noodles, then place 4 more noodles.

5Spread remaining beef mixture over noodles.

6Then put 4 more noodles on top.

7Mix water and salsa and pour over the top of noodles.

8Let sit overnight in fridge.

9The next day, bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until noodles are tender.

10Then mix sour cream, green onions and black olives.

11Spread over lasagna and sprinkle with cheese.

12Bake for another 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. VERY DELICIOUS!
