  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 cup pounded Ginger
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup shao xing wine
  • 2 cup slice Pork Liver
  • 1/2 cup spring onion
  • 1/2 cup fresh red chili

    thinly slice pork liver

    in pan with both sesame oil and vegetable oil lightly brown ginger then add slice pork liver for 1 minute

    add light soy sauce and shao zing rice wine and stir fry for another 1 minute then add spring onion and red chili mix well and off heat

    pork liver with ginger serve with white rice
