- 15 oz. can tomato sauce
- 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, mixed
- 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 2 eggs
- 10 corn tortillas
Directions
