  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 16 oz. carton cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, mixed
  • 17 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 10 corn tortillas
