- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 oz.) jar enchilada sauce
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. chopped black olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
- 12 flour tortillas, sliced into 4 lengths
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 c. Colby cheese
Directions

1In one container, mix olives, chilies, milk, soups and meat. Layer in a cake pan:

21/4 sauce, 1/2 tortillas, 1/4 sauce, 1/2 cheese, 1/4 sauce, 1/2 tortillas, 1/4 sauce and 1/2 cheese.

3Cover pan with foil and bake at 400° for 30 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes.
