  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. Accent
  • 1 tsp. Tony's Cajun seasoning
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 10 or 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 can Ranch Style pinto beans with jalapeno peppers
  • 1 lb. Velveeta, cubed small
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

    Brown together first 4 ingredients.

    Drain grease.

    Add onion and bell pepper.

    Line baking dish with the corn tortillas.

    Add meat mixture.

    Over this pour remaining ingredients.

    Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, until bubbly on top.
