- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 soup can of milk
- 9 flour tortillas
- 1 can hot enchilada sauce
- 1 can mild enchilada sauce
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 moon Longhorn cheese, grated
Directions

1Brown hamburger; drain.

2Add salt and pepper to taste and onion, if desired.

3In saucepan, heat milk, soup and enchilada sauces until blended.

4Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Place 3 tortillas in bottom, top with a layer of meat, cheese, then soup mixture. Make 3 layers of this making sure to reserve enough soup mixture to pour over top.

6End with cheese on top.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream, if desired.
