- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 pkg. Monterey Jack cheese (16 oz.)
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese (16 oz.)
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese (16 oz.)
- 2 pkg. taco seasoning (Ortega)
- salsa or taco sauce
- sour cream (optional)
Directions

1Fry meat; drain fat and add two packages taco seasoning and 1 cup water.

2Lay 4 large shells on bottom of pan.

3Layer meat (with seasoning), cheeses, 4 more shells, meat, cheeses, etc.

4End with sauce on top.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
